Economic Indicators
Each month, Elevate Rapid City puts together an "Economic Indicators" report. This monthly report tracks key data to give a taste for what is happening with the local economy. Data points include employment rate, weekly wages, sales, real estate, housing, and more. Investors of Elevate also have access to a more in-depth report that includes year-over-year and month-over-month comparisons and more categories. Click here to view an example.
Black Hills Housing Resources
Elevate Rapid City works with area partners including the City of Rapid City, Black Hills Area Community Foundation and the John T. Vucurevich Foundation to address workforce and affordable housing needs in Rapid City and the Black Hills Region. A 2022 Housing Study was conducted. Additionally, Elevate now offers a monthly housing dashboard.
